H&S Administration and Training Officer
The
Health and Safety Administrator is the responsible for the Health and
Safety reporting system in the Plant under the instructions and
supervision of the H&S Supervisor.
His/her
primary responsibilities include being responsible for the STOP program
data entry and reporting, accountable for receiving the STOP Cards from
ACC and subcontractors, preparing of the STOP monthly presentation for
the steering committee. Makes sure that all STOP program Procedures are
followed during any project in the plant. Participate in the daily tour,
inspections and the required corrective actions in the form of daily
reports. Responsible for the documents control of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001.
Job Requirements

1-2 years working experience in Occupational Health and Safety.

Higher education degree from a recognized and reputable university.

Junior System Support
Reporting
to the Infrastructure Manager, the Junior System support is responsible
of, supporting the roll-out of new applications, maintaining
workstations operating systems, LAN.
He/she takes care of the Software and Hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading.
Performs
backups of staff’s computers and troubleshooting of systems and network
problems and diagnosing and solving hardware /software faults. He/she
monitors and marinates SQL Servers and performs backup of server
including SQL servers
Job Requirements

1-2 years experience in IT.

Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and their functionality.

Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows XP, and Vista.

Area Sales Supervisor: Delta region
The
Area Sales Supervisor will have the responsibilities of the sales
volumes and revenue targets in his territory via structured sales
process. He will be the main source of the market information and report
it via systematic and structured reporting system. He will be in direct
and daily contact with our customers and potential customers follow up
and report the competitor’s activity in the market. Identify channel of
distribution, such as wholesalers, retailers. Allocating the shipments
to the clients in time of product shortage.

He/she is responsible of organizing contacts between the sales team and their customers, maintaining customer records & Accounts, invoicing all Cement types, booking all cement types Qty according to each customer Quota and solving customer problems (dispatch, account review &coupons loss …etc).
He/ she will train sales office team to all sales process, settle monthly settlements, incentives, market price adjustment …etc, prepare the monthly, weekly& daily reports for the sales team
He, she will install
the KPI Dashboard (Competitors qty& price, Competitors monthly
sales & our internal indicators) for clinker & cement, prepare the weekly Governmental Report for The Ministry of Industry.

The Warehouse Officer will be Responsible of the warehouse inventory & the dispatch processes.
He/she will receive
cement & store for dispatch to customers, implement dispatch

& numbers to Inventory analyst, register all the cement transactions
(IN & OUT) on SICLO and implementing the department safety
programs.

The Quality Assurance Engineer reports to the
Business Performance Manager. Responsible to maintain the Quality
Management System as per the ISO 9001 requirements. Conduct ISO 9001
internal audits, including following up and closing out audit findings.
Issues internal audits reports and determine proper corrective and
preventive actions. Creates and maintains the Quality Management System
documentation, such as quality manual, procedures …….. etc.

Reporting to the Chief Accounting & Information
systems Officer, he/she delivers incident Support Services primarily

normal use of the product. He/she takes ownership of customer issues
through to resolution.

Accountant
Reporting to the Account Receivable Supervisor the
Accounts Receivable Accountant is the officer responsible for all
aspects of accounts receivable function and reviewing customer invoices.
He/she ensures the proper and timely posting of revenue and accounts receivable transactions, monitors, tracks and coordinates the accounting closeout of all sales to ensure that the financial closeout has been properly accounted for in the financial system in a timely manner and in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations.

The Production Engineer responsibility is to help

supervising the O&M contractors establishing and applying the most
advanced operation and optimum utilization of the plant machinery as
well as helping coordinating all contractors representing and
safeguarding the company and its rights.

The
supply chain administration officer is the person in charge of the
department’s process mapping and analysis. He/She is responsible for the
overall department expenses (Suppliers, 3rd Party ...etc.)
and to ensure proper and accurate payment process and adherence to the
invoicing cycle process. Also is responsible for managing the department
KPIs and report the deviation and propose corrective actions and
support in the department’s budget creation process.

Archive Officer is the person in charge for collecting and filling all
delivery documents and the customers’ files. He/she supports in the

Project Engineer
The
Project Engineer is the key person responsible of the implementation
and follow-up of all activities for the execution of all ongoing
projects. Once the Project
Engineer is assigned a project; standard project management activities
should be carried out such as budgeting, assigning, scheduling, risk
analysis, follow-up and closing of the project. The information provided by the project engineer will be the basis of decision making for technical management.
In
case a project is outsourced to a consultant; the project engineer will
act on behalf of ACC, representing it and ensuring the best outcome.
Job Requirements
· 2-4 years working experience in a related field.
· Mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering degree from a recognized and reputable university.
· Experience in the cement industry will be an asset.
· High analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, and internet.
· Knowledge or previous use of a CMMS is an added value.
· Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written, language skills in Spanish are an asset.

The Health and Safety Officer is the responsible of evaluating,
analyzing & following-up on all safety regulations, policies and
procedures to control eliminate and prevent all accidents or injuries.

governing the health and safety of individuals.
